(from Google)This trail starts off easy, flat and straight forward, then modulates as it progresses from open and sunny to tree covered and extremely shaded and back again. The weekends are the busiest, as bikers, runners, and walkers all compete for the same shared space. You will cross major highways so please remain hypervigilant of your surroundings. You will also encounter lots of nature on these trail. We have run into/seen bear, hawks and osprey, otters, and other critters.
This trail starts at 414 and ends in Sanford when you get to Lowe's must ride side walk til you get to the part of the trail then when you get to lake Mary you must ride on side walk along side of international Dr til you get to west lake Mary there is another entrance to the rest of the part of the trail just have to plan ahead for your trip has wonderful paintings on the fence once you get to the beginning of Longwood
This place is okay if you like walking around
