(from Google)I love Golden Paw. My Lucy can be temperamental and they are great with her. She always looks beautiful when I pick her up. Thank you for being so caring! I highly recommend this groomer!
I have a pretty feisty little Chihuahua and he doesn't really trust most people lol so I was worried 😮💨 but they handled him gently and he came back looking perfect :) Great service and friendly staff. Thank you so much!❤️❤️❤️
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO TO GOLDEN PAW SPA unless you want a bald and traumatized dog. My pics that I posted is a before from my lil ones last appointment, and the recent one from Golden paw spa. This place allows you to do appointments by phone. That's where the convenience of their service stops. They will not tell you the price over the phone, as they expect you to go in person so that they can see what they are working with and then hit you with the price. Now, Let's talk about the customer service. Upon walking in, I received a look as if I had no business in there. I greeted the woman that works there by saying hello, and her reply was "yeah". Upon walking in, I see the prices that are hanging above. The price for my dog based on her size mentioned $60 and up. She mentions that my little dog (6 pounds soaking wet lol) will be charged $80, but she said that the price on the bulletin was not the same as what she will charge. I need to mention that my dog is a cavapoodle, and that she is a two year old. This woman believed that my dog will be a hassle because she's a "puppy", and that because most little dogs give more hassle and fuss, so she'll need to charged upwards to $120. They said that the bulletin didn't reflect inflation prices. I left her in their care, and waited for them to call back to let me know when to come retrieve her. They called about two hours later, saying on the phone "Hurry and come get your puppy. We are closing soon so we need you to hurry and get your dog." Keep in mind that this was my first time using the services of this business. Upon getting my dog back, there was two more customers arriving there to get groomed, and upon receiving my lil one, I saw that they cut her hair way too low and she was traumatized😔🥺 The woman that works there was giving me an attitude saying that my dog was too much for them to handle and that they had issues with her because she's energetic. She mentioned that they needed two people to cut her hair, so they decided to shave her nearly bald, and they cut it uneven. As you can see from the before pic from my last groomer, and in comparison to when I used Golden paw spa, they did a really bad job. Again, and I cannot stress this enough, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO TO GOLDEN PAW SPA unless you want a bald and traumatized dog.
Teddy and Cody are my boys! We visited Golden Paw a few days ago.. Look at them! Definitely will recommend Golden Paw's team to my friends and ee will return back in a few weeks. Thank you for your great work!
I had the worst experience here. Brought my Havanese Poodle in for a full grooming and when I picked him up I couldn’t recognize him to the point where I didn’t even think he was mine. They completely shaved him!! He was in tears and shaking when I picked him up. The lady told me they would call me once he’s ready to be picked up and will take close to 2 hours. I got a call in less than an hour to pick him up which means they probably just rushed everything. I am so disappointed in the service and quality of their work. How do you shave someone’s dog without even letting the owner know. I’ve posted pictures from before and after and it breaks my heart to see my puppy look like this. He looks like a completely different dog now.
