I took my dog Lucky here for the first time today, and I am SO glad I did! The staff was incredibly friendly and caring from the moment we walked in. Lucky came out looking absolutely beautiful, clean, fluffy, and smelling amazing. You can tell they really took their time and treated him with love. The cutest part was that they gave me a little “report card” at the end, letting me know how he did during the grooming. Such a thoughtful touch! I’m definitely coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants their fur baby taken care of by people who truly love what they do! 🐶✨

I had never had my 12 year old longhair ragdoll cat groomed but his fur was so matted I couldn’t manage it on my own. Being a senior cat, he’s terrified of anything or anyone new and it’s arduous to get him into the carrier. I was so nervous dropping him off for this first time grooming and assumed they would have to shave most of his fur given how many matted he was. But Jennifer was AMAZING!!!!! He came back silky smooth and gorgeous! And no shaving just long luscious fur, the softest it’s ever been! And it’s lasted for the past two months just as silky as if we just left! So, do not hesitate to take your pet , even if you have a fearful cat , to Chilltown. Jennifer is exceptionally gifted and willl take the very best care of your pet. Can’t recommend more highly.

Highly recommend. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They have taken great care of my longer haired cat who gets matted easily when she sheds her winter coat and needs some extra attention there. They do great work and were able to get all the matts out carefully without shaving her down which is so great! I feel very comfortable continuing to bring my cat to them for an annual visit to get her a fresh groom for her summer coat. Thanks again Chilltown!

Been going to Chilltown Pet Spa for more than 3 years I believe, they are amazing! I don’t trust my dogs anywhere else. I always look forward to their Holiday gifts or bows. Both Casper & Benji come back better each time. Thank you!

We brought our long haired Cat Penelope and they were extremely happy to groom her! Very professional staff, super friendly, and best of all affordable! They even groomed her again because she had an accident in her kennel afterwards! Whoops 😬! It's hard to find groomers near the Newark/Belleville area that will do cats, or even have the patience for cats. I was so happy to find this place! If I could give 10 stars I would!
