I love the Flower Mound store, every time I walk in I’m greeted and asked if I need help finding anything. I’ve also taken advantage of their home delivery, which always arrives the same day as ordered, even if you order late in the day!!

The staff is so helpful! I have a 5 lb chihuahua and usually have difficulty finding small treats but Matt had several options. Great friendly staff.

The staff are also helpful and polite. They caring my dog food to the car for me! ♥️

I had been told about a no pull harness for my 64 lb English cream golden retriever who tends to pull on walks and drag you if you if let him. It made walks a challenge. I went in describing the harness and was shown the product . I took it home and we had no idea how to fit it correctly to our dog. He is between sizes so I bought the bigger one. I brought my dog and the harness in and Wesley took the time to fit it correctly on Winston . The medium size would have been less work and might have needed less adjustments. But he helped make the large fit. I really appreciate Wesley’s help in the matter and he showed me some beef lung snacks that Winston loves . I went in today to tell them that the harness is a total game changer and Winston does not pull anymore. Yahoo! I highly recommend this product.

Great selection of quality dog and cat supplies. Lots of sweet sales each month and the same day delivery service is a game changer. The manager was super helpful and friendly when we went to the store. We found exactly what we needed in such a short visit! Our dogs love coming here. Toby Tot especially loves the cookies! Our pup Rooney is always able to find low fat pancreatitis friendly treats here too! We appreciate how this store has options for dietary restrictions and sensitive stomachs. The flower mound store in particular is always clean and the employees are so patient and knowledgeable! 100/10 would definitely recommend!
