I really like PetSmart! This store is always clean, and neat. Everything is easy to find while shopping. I especially enjoy that I can place my order online and pick up in the store. My order is always ready in less than an hour. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I never bought reptile, or fish her but have been with a friend when she was, and the experience was a good one.

Came in to get some items for my cats and Jasmine asked if i needed help and I said no but she extended customer service to make sure I maximized my rewards through my app. She was super sweet and had a big smile on her face whichis always nice to see. My cashier was also wonderful he is always helpful and steps in when lines start to get long. Always enjoy shopping here and it's always a relaxing experience.

PetSmart is always clean, well-stocked, and the staff are super friendly. They really care about pets and always help me find exactly what I need. Spotches loves going there!

I scheduled a grooming appointment for my cat & not even 30 minutes after dropping her off they called & said she couldn’t be groomed. Later that same week I noticed she had fleas all over her. Now she is half shaved & we are working on removing the fleas. I would NOT recommend bringing your pet here.
