Petco

This is my favorite location, it’s easy to get to and this store has always been clean and organized. The staff there have always been friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. I haven’t had any trouble having someone help me when I need assistance, unlike other stores where I’ve had to walk around looking for someone and still having to wait for awhile after they call the person that is in charge of that area. The fish selection is great and they are maintained really well, some of the best tanks I’ve seen. I definitely recommend this location for anyone that’s looking for a great and carefree experience at your local pet store. Added a new photo of my community tank today (02/09/26) to show how amazing it’s been growing with the support, knowledge and tips from the associates from my local Petco. These photos are about a year apart and you can see that my fish I purchased at Petco are still going strong. Hadn’t realized how much they have grown till I saw the picture from my original post.

I was shopping for bones for my 3 Golden Retrievers. The man asked if I needed a dog toy. Of course I was interested. He found so many toys perfect for my dogs. He was very nice and very helpful. Thank you for his service!

Thank you to the kind young man in the black or dark blue shirt that saw me stacking cat food cans to my chest and looking for more for taking the time to ask what I was looking for. When I explained the trouble I have had in finding something my little girl will eat more than once he showed me a product "Stella & Chewy's Dinner Morsels" recommended how to incorporate it and now my girl is eagerly eating finally after a long long struggle. Thanks Petco and keep hiring those who really care.

This petco in Mission Texas is the best in the Rio Grande Valley in my opinion. I own several aquariums and I’m in the process of setting up a 125g salt water tank. I have been shopping at this store for about 6 months now and Stephen the store manager is always welcoming and takes time to say Hi and converse. His staff Arrabella, Librado, Alessandra and Alice are always friendly and helpful. Arrabella will go out of her way to get any fish or products I’m looking for. Great Job Team Mission!! Keep it up!!

I went here yesterday so I can get my goldfish, plants and snails . The lady attending me was so informative. Since I’m a beginner I didn’t know anything… well I did some reasearch but I didn’t know what products to be recommended. I also got a gravel vacuum to clean my tank. I give the customer service a 10/10 the atmosphere was very nice and I love looking and what they have and what they offer. Same with the cashier lady. She was so understanding and so sweet
