(from Google)I thought that the staff was friendly and accommodating and helpful. My issue is as soon as we walked in, the stench was very strong. I don’t think the facility is kept to the standard it could be. The cat room had a trash can with no lid with dirty litter in it. The cats looked unhealthy and ragged to be frank. The particular one we went to see looked healthier and fluffy in the pic online but he looks as if he’s declined while in their care. It could be for reasons not linked to his care there, but overall it was ok. Just could be maintained better. I personally like the humane society and animal shelter better.
Two women in office with one small dog visible in a cage. One gal was rude and had an attitude as soon as I walked in. She told me that I must follow their procedure to adopt by firstly following her while she took this little dog for a walk around the parking lot, which was very bumpy from tree roots breaking through. I tripped once and she was annoyed that I wasn't walking as fast as her. I filled out an application & told I'd get a phone call if eligible to adopt but no time or day given as to when. A couple days later got call that they felt small 7 yr old chichi was too strong for me to handle and I wasn't accepted! Any more comments for this so-called Hotel will be very negative from me. I do not recommend anyone go to this place In their search for a precious pet.
Me and my family get our pets exclusively from hotel for cats and dogs. They are a respectable business that truly puts in the work to vet each applicant and make sure that every animal is being properly taken care of. They do the work to make sure the pets are going to a safe home and will supply you with everything you need to help the animal get adjusted and comfortable in the home. I’ve never seen a better shelter
My mom got her new fur baby from here. Nice people, seem really caring to the animals in their facility.
This place deserves a 0 star review but unfortunately that isn't possible. Not only do they not answer phone calls, but the people are rude and judgemental. The owner (given that she is actually there and answers) will give you a whole spill and lecture about not having availability or that you should look at other places to take in the animals. Every single person who is involved with this place should be ashamed on how they treat the people who come to them for help or to adopt the animals. I'm unsure of to why it's appropriate to speak to someone in the way that they choose to speak to people. The absolute judgement in their tones when they speak to people is abysmal and I'm honestly surprised that people aren't speaking up about this. Overall, don't go here. Don't even consider giving up a pet to these people. All you will be met with is ridicule and judgement.
