Dog Beach at Pier Park Panama City Beach

Beautiful! Great place to enjoy the beach with your fur babies.

This place was a lot of fun! I took my girl who's never been to the beach before and she really enjoyed it. Even had a friendly pup run up wanting to play. Most people keep their dogs on leash so you should be fine if your pup isn't very socialized like mine, and there were some groups that didn't have pets, and families with kids just hanging out which I found a bit strange personally, but they were mostly out of the way and no big deal. Just keep an eye out for that and don't be surprised. I went on a Monday and it was surprisingly busy! The one person that did have their dog off leash was very apologetic that it ran up but it was well trained and they put it on leash after that. There were no issues (my girl handled it well too, it was a friendly interaction). Just be mindful of others and keep your dog on leash, and all should be well.

Great beach for your dogs. Leashes are required, but many dogs were not on lead while playing or laying next to their families. It is a great place to teach your dog to be social. I didn't see one owner with a dog out of their control.

They allow Dogs!!! But the is a 5G Cell tower directly across the street, enjoying at your own risk.

It was nice to have a place to take the dogs to enjoy the beach , just small area for the dogs . I imagine in season it would be too crowded! Beautiful beach though!
