(from Google)Beautiful park full of very old huge trees. A very old rock building which is available to rent. This park is across the street from the river and has plenty of parking and there is restrooms.
Favorite place for lunch during the week
The family and friends of Ian Shelton held a candlelit vigil right here at this park right outside the girls scout building. It is a nice place to just hang out as well and around the curve, you can play disc golf at Oak Park.
We had my daughter's bridal shower here. It was a great space and very reasonable. Cory and his staff were amazing and so easy to work with. Definitely would recommend for all types of parties and anniversaries, gender reveals, etc.
North Riverside park is absolutely beautiful right now. The shade is dense and cool, even on the hottest days. My favorite spot for walking and thinking.
