So Beautiful! You can see everything from the parking lot if you can't hike. There are bathrooms available at the parking lot as well.

What a great place. There is a coffee shop and gas station right before the park and the visitor center is full of information about the area. Free to enter. They have a campground, swimming beach, picnic areas, and lots of views. The side with the visito center has access to the canyon area and smaller falls. There is a stairway down but does have natural springs running over it, so prepare to get you shoes a little wet. You can walk around the rocks a get great pictures and relax by the water. The other side of the river offers the lager falls which are breath taking. There is a steep gravel walkway you have to walkdown and a few rocks to climb over for the best view. This is one of my top favorite waterfalls across the US.

My daughter and I only hiked at this park along with a quick visit to the Visitor Center. We hiked the Downstream trail at Twin Falls twice and the Collin’s River trail. The falls are beautiful and have continuing cascades and spill offs from the gorge wall to see as you hike downstream. There are two shallow water crossings from small streams but there are a few wiggly stepping stones to use to cross with mostly dry feet. At the end of the trail it does a small loop and you hike back the same path. Very nice hike with a few steep elevation changes to get your heart rate up (for a 50 year old who carries too much weight). The Collin’s River hike was very easy with barely noticeable elevation changes in short lengths. If you enjoy strolling through the forest you will enjoy this 2.6 mile hike. The employee at the visitor center was helpful with trail info.

I wish I could give it a 5, here are the reasons why it's not. First, we stayed in one of the pet friendly cabins. First thing we do is black light the places we stay. Yuck! The only thing that was clean, was the shower areas. Toilets, walls (esp bath and bed rooms), carpet, blankets, all gross. We pay a $20 fee, per pet, per night, shouldn't that money be used to clean better? Maybe spot carpet cleaning after each pet reservation! There was urine stains in each room. Better cleaning would bring you to a 4*. Second, the Great Falls trail was unmarked at a split. We went to the left. It was on the more difficult side. View was not great. We learned later we should've went to the right. Better marking on that trail would give you a 5*. Lastly, the ladies in the office were not friendly at all. They were not helpful on giving any useful info on the park. Having a friendly staff would be nice. With that being said, the best hike was the Blue Hole. It was beautiful and difficult at times. I did this one myself at 8 am. Nobody else was out yet. Peaceful and beautiful. 2 nights is not enough to stay here. There are more trails we wanted to hike, but ran out of time. This area is gorgeous. Even with the problems we had, we will most likely return once more to finish the other hikes.
