Great and helpful employees- good cashier

First time in this Petco since opening, Katie & Susan went above and beyond to take care of me and my dog. Super friendly & professional. What a great experience for sure. Thanks again!

The general manager, Katie, was very kind and accommodating. However, the self-serve dog wash station was quite dinky. The temperature of the water could not be changed, so we had to bathe our dogs with cold water. The shampoo is so watered down that it would not lather. The water pressure was weak. They say they provide brushes, but they only provide a comb. The location of the dog wash station was also difficult, as it was right next to the entrance of the store, where there was a lot of commotion. It seemed to be overstimulating for our dogs.

We recently visited this newly opened Petco to get our dog's nails trimmed. Wendy was so warm and welcoming and took our dog in right away. I warned her that our dog would resist, but wasn't aggressive. Wendy had her out of the grooming area within just a few minutes, and let me know that our dog wasn't resistive at all. We've taken her back for follow up appointments and Wendy has been wonderful every time.
