Choppers Bar and Grill

Is definitely a bar first and foremost but the food was cheap and good - also real close to Wilmont.

This is an all around great place for a drink or food. French onion soup, um um good, not sure I had better. Service is amazing always checking on you. Gets packed and during the Bears game they even give free Jell-O shots that are just as amazing as the bar. Must try!

Great food! Multiple times I have tried to play music and have had it turned off by staff. Don’t have an app you can pay to play music if you are going to gate keep peoples choices. Trying to keep certain patrons in and others out isn’t a good look.

Really love the food and the service is pretty good but every time we are here and try to play different music on the touch tunes, the bartenders change it.. it’s not a good look as people are paying for the music. If they can’t handle people of different backgrounds in the year 2025 that’s really disappointing.

I absolutely love this place! Every time I visit, I have to order the steak salad with blue cheese — it’s my favorite. The steak is always cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful, and the blue cheese adds the perfect touch. Everything tastes so fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is always great too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great meal!
