Petco

The staff was nice but I asked for the trial size of the dog iguana instead they gave me the large size which was double the price even though I asked for the try one which would have been $5 and some change instead they gave me the one for $12 and change now if my dog was using this regularly it wouldn't be a problem but it's my first time trying it with my dog that's why I wanted the trials one not the large one so I give them a five as far as being nice courteous clean store I gave it to you because I didn't get what I asked for I researched it before I got there so I know exactly what they had and instead of giving me the trial they charged me $12 for something that should have only been five

At Petco I could pick out the cat food. I wanted on the Internet and have it saved at the store so that when I arrived, I just had to walk in and pick it up. I didn’t have to go to the food aisle and try to find the right food and spend time looking and then finding out maybe they don’t have it. It’s a good system.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this Petco location. The customer service was unprofessional, and my concerns were not taken seriously. For a business centered around animal care, this level of disregard is unacceptable. Management should seriously review training and accountability at this store.

Love this place! I can always find large crickets here and the store is super clean! If you have a dog, they still run the program where you get a free bag of dog food after you purchase 10

I went to Petco recently for items for my dog. The person working there seemed not very interested. Not a friendly personality. I always look at that first. How willing is the person to help me. I went a 2nd and 3rd time and the person working there was more helpful. 2 out of 3 is good. I did not like the prices. Way way way overpriced. Ridiculous. Maybe I am out of touch but $30. for a couple dog chew things. What are they chewing, Caviar from Italy? They have toys and items like ROPE. $25 or more for a piece of rope. Please. What a rip. Stores like this should down size and then charge less. I don't know what their solution is but I find their prices send me running away. I would really vote 2 1/2 but I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt as they are close to my house. thats really the only benefit, otherwise, I am completely unimpressed and the store was empty every time I went. Time for Management to reassess. Overpriced items is not going to expand your company.
