PetSmart Grooming

I do not recommend you take your dog to this grooming place in petmarts. Scout is the person who keeps calling people 20 minutes early before their appointment and then when you get there, she gives you a hard time about the rabie shot even if you have the paperwork, she finds another way to say, oh well, it doesn't say this on the paperwork. It doesn't say that on the paperwork. I don't know if she's doesn't like her job or what's her problem is. But I am the second person. She has done this to it's a 2 week review before me. So be careful with your dog. Because after my paperwork was clear, she then proceed to say, oh I have to cut your dog all the way bald so I do not recommend that you take your dog to this grooming place. Because for some reason she does not want to do her job, now I have to try 2 set another appointment for another place and wait probably another week.

The groomers were nice enough. There appeared to be a wait when I arrived, although we made an appointment and were asked to arrive earlier. We had an add on package that should have included a bandanna, cologne spritzer, tooth brushing and freshener. My pet looked and smelled worse than she did when I brought her in. When I called back to speak with the groomer, I was on hold for more than 10 min. I eventually hung up because I had other things requiring my attention. I’m not happy that I paid an additional $23 for services that I did not receive. Go someplace else for your pet’s grooming needs. I do not recommend their services.

I typically take my Aussie once a month and go with whatever groomer is available given our schedule. It’s inconsistent as sometimes it’s great, and the other times it’s not I get frustrated when I pay extra for the nail grinding and it doesn’t happen (or happens poorly).

I've been taking my babies to this location for many years although we've always got excellent service, I must commend the staff on today who noticed that my fur baby was in distress and they stopped the service, made contact with me and took measures to comfort him until we were reunited. Kudos to the staff it makes me feel good knowing that my baby is in good hands with caring responsible professional people who care for him just as much as I do.

The groomers are talented and know a few techniques for dealing with our nervous dog's nail trimming and tooth brushing. Great looking trim!
