Sit Stay Splash - Self Dog Wash & Grooming

We love Sit Stay Splash! We use their grooming service instead of self wash, and we can't say enough great things about Kristen. The moment we walk in, she greets our boy with kisses and it's clear she cares about the dogs she works with. Anyone with a husky knows how high maintenance they can be but she always hands him over looking perfect. The place itself is super clean and welcoming. We also really appreciated how staff handled a recent mix up which says a lot about their customer service. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that will treat your dog like family.

We had an amazing experience at Sit Stay Splash in Lutz! Our girl loved it, and for our first time using a self-service dog wash, the staff made everything so easy. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and took the time to guide us through the process, which made a big difference. The facility is clean, well set up, and has everything you need for a smooth wash. You can tell they really care about both the dogs and the experience for owners. We were honestly surprised at how affordable it was too. Great value for the quality you get. We’re so happy to have a place like this just minutes from us in the Lutz and Land O’ Lakes area. Definitely wish we found them sooner. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free dog wash experience!

I absolutely adore taking my dogs to Sit Stay Splash! The groomers are absolutely fantastic and do such an amazing job on my dogs. It's clear how comfortable my dogs are going there and that they treat them right. It's also super convenient to have some place to bathe them that isn't my house to keep up with them in between grooms. The owner is absolutely lovely and the whole staff is welcoming. Would 100% recommend.

This place is excellent! If you're looking for a clean, organized, and well run self-wash for your dog, this is your place to go. They have plenty of shampoo, conditioner, towels, and other essentials to have your dog smelling fresh again and looking their best. A big shout out to Chelsay for doing such an amazing job trimming and filing Willow's nails and getting me set up for my first visit here today. She was extremely professional and made sure I had everything we needed during our visit and explained everything. Thank you again! Tip: Make reservations for the self-wash before you come. While I walked in today, I think I came here on an off today and can imagine if it's very busy, reservations are the way to go.

Words cannot describe how much I love this dog wash and the owner, Alison. If you want to support a GOOD small business, choose this one. Alison gives back to local dog rescues literally everyday. I rescue hundreds of dogs per year, mainly neglected poodles and doodles, which is far more work than your average bath. Alison not only lets us bathe and groom our dogs for free, she also helps us do it. Alison has blocked off half of her shop for us and even installed curtains for the scared dogs. She has stayed until 11pm to help us. She has done very intense shave downs on dogs that were in the woods for months. She has been home eating dinner, heard we had a dog in bad condition and said “I’ll meet you there at 8pm”. All that she asks for is an iced coffee and it’s beyond deserved :) Love4Paws could not do rescue without her. She gets our dogs comfortable to go to foster homes and gets them beautiful for adoption months later. She does all of this for free and out of the goodness of her heart. She knows we’re usually desperate to help a dog and makes room for us even on the busiest days. Her shop is spotless, has amazing products and she has top tier employees (think Starbucks vs Dunkin - she hires the Starbucks employees :). The baths are elevated for your back, the shampoo comes out of the hose, there is ear cleaner, drying stations and seasonal dog cologne (try the new Pistachio Dream!). There is also a walk in shower for the big dogs. I didn’t even know places like this existed until I stumbled upon her shop. This is a luxury spa experience for you and your dog for around $20-25. You can’t beat it. She also gives back to the community DAILY and has adopted a rescue poodle from us from a bad situation. She has a heart of gold that is unmatched. Please support her small business. She will welcome you and your dog with open arms.
