My dog was evaluated and seemed to have a great time. He has never been to daycare or dog parks, but he was at ease and comfortable there. The staff was nice, polite and helpful. We will definitely be going back and recommending it to others. So happy to have discovered Wag’n World!

My puppy was very happy from the minute she walked in, she loved everyone and the staff all gave her love and attention! The staff is very professional but the love and care they each have for dogs is evident in how the dogs are treated.

My experience with Myriel was truly exceptional from start to finish. She did an outstanding job grooming my puppy, Kristoff, and her skills in handling a young puppy were superb. The grooming was completed in a timely manner, and the results exceeded my expectations. Myriel also provided excellent customer service by taking the time to speak with me afterward and asking if I was satisfied. I truly appreciated her attention and care, and I can confidently say that I was extremely satisfied. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication made this a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend her grooming services.

What can I say - Brandy goes out of her way to keep Buddha fresh and fit ( yes.. .we live in an area where if he is looking shaggy..we get looks ). The crew @ Wag'n world is world class. Beyond polite and professional. Fortunate y'all are not far.. happy holidays and thank you again!

Edited to add (follow-up): After posting my review, the owner, Nathan, personally reached out and was incredibly kind and professional about the situation. He apologized sincerely, took full responsibility, and offered to make things right. I really appreciate how he handled everything. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and their pets, and that means a lot. We haven’t scheduled another appointment yet, but when we do, I feel much more confident that our pup will be well taken care of. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s the way a business responds that shows its character. Original Review: I’ve never really had a problem with Wag'n World before. It always seemed like a decent place, and my dog seems to enjoy it. However, our last visit was really disappointing. I scheduled daycare for my dog last Monday, with a bath/grooming appointment at 2:30 PM and a planned pickup around 5 PM. We dropped him off early around 6:30 AM for daycare and specifically asked that he not be put back with the other dogs after his bath at 2:30 PM. We did not want him left locked up waiting for us too long either, so we stopped by around 4 PM to check how things were going. Unfortunately, we were told he hadn’t even been bathed yet because they were running behind, and then they asked if we wanted to wait. Wait how long exactly? Three more hours from 4 PM, so until 7 PM since appointments are a minimum 3 hours? Or were they planning to rush through the bath? Kinda weird. But the most frustrating part was that not once did anyone ever reached out to let us know they were behind schedule, and we sat through traffic and everything just to get there. We moved further from Wag'n World, but we still wanted him to stay there because we liked the place. I'm just saying a simple call or text would’ve gone a long way. Communication matters, especially when you’re trusting someone with your pet for the entire day. Other than that, I'm sure he had a lot of fun cause he knocked out when he got home.
