(from Google)The water park itself is great! Loads of fun and can easily spend several days here. Would highly recommend to anyone. My experience has always been great and I’ve never had issues with rude staff. The only negative I can say is that the food is, well, not good. Especially for the price you pay. For 2 cheeseburgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks was $52. No that is not a typo. And let me say, it was awful. The meat was some weird frozen patty that was hot on the outside and cold in the middle and the fries were soggy and cold. Definitely NOT worth $52. I might give $5 for it at a gas station. But other than the gross food, the rest of our experience there was great. I’ll just be hungry the next time we go because I’m not wasting money on that food again.
The camprground is very convenient to the water park leaving just a short walk to go back and forth. The bath house is nice and there are plenty of dumpsters to use. The campgrounds location is very good to get just outside downtown Nashville but not too far away.
We had a great stay here over Memorial Weekend. Security had a comfortable presence. Everyone kept their dogs on leash. Quiet and enjoyable stay. Deb was wonderful. Had a beautiful fireworks show that we weren't expecting. I'd recommend staying here. They have a shuttle to downtown Nashville. The restaurant at the marina was excellent. We would gladly come back.
Really nice rv park. We have a 36' rv so our rv & suv fit perfectly in the spot. Grateful the Waterpark directly next door was not open yet. We were with a group of 18 coaches/ 36 people. Laundry was clean. Bath house was clean & 3 actual 3/4 bathrooms & toilet room. I didn't find there was sufficient water pressure to wash my very thick waist length hair, and I couldn't get hot water, just slightly warm. We are an older group & enjoyed the rv park.
So clean and beautiful and well stocked for a great family weekend bbq. My only complaints are the parking and the main bed was very uncomfortable. We stayed in the pet friendly cabin which is at the top of a BIG hill but man oh man what a nice breeze. Beautiful porch that stayed shaded all day equipped with chairs and a table. All the guest loved the cabin and thought the price was great. Nashville Shores was not open yet so we got a discounted price on the cabin and it was so nice and quiet. We had such a great weekend we have talked about making it an every year trip. I highly recommend this place for a great time. Cabins on the hill, cabins on the lake where people were fishing and campers down below along the lake and surrounded by the water park. It was nice. You also get discounts when you stay there for the water park and boat rentals. Check it out, best thing in Nashville!
