DIY Pet Wash

Kathy is very gentle and loving with my dogs and always kind & friendly. She does a wonderful job grooming my pets.

I had a situation when my dog needed an immediate bath after swimming in a pond. Someone suggested a DIY place which was a groomer location with 2 tubs to DIY clean your dog. I just showed up and I only waited for a few minutes to get use of a tub. They supply plenty of soap and basic supplies and plenty of towels. They were not cheap about the use of anything. I would come here again. Nice people. Highly recommend.

We take our puppy with Kathy my mother in law recommended me to her and Kathy is great. The first time we took our pup she was sweet to our doggy and left him spotless. You can tell her love and patience for what she does. We still take him to her and we’re never disappointed we love it. We really highly recommended.

Megan is a delightful person @ DIY Dog Wash. Our 1st time here, & will not be the last. Megan even put 75 pound Zoe in the tub for me. Gave me great instructions & while I gave Zoe a bath, I watched her lovingly grooming a rescue that was in bad shape. You can feel her love & passion. Even though we just met, I’d trust her completely with our precious Furbaby. DIY Dog Wash isn’t a fancy Carmel dog spa… but remember, it should be about the care & service for Fido, not about bells & whistles that YOU like.

Discovered this place becasue I brought my dogs next door to another groomer and thought they were the same people. Boy was I wrong. DIY Pet Wash is so much better and the groomers are so nice and genuinely care about your pets. Since moving back to Chicagoland area, I can't find a groomer that can touch the quality of care and groom I received from Megan there. I am actually considering the drive to Indy just to drop the dogs off there and spend the day in the area while they are getting groomed if I can find an appointment time that works with my schedule.
