I take all 9 of my dogs to Barbie once a month and every single time she does such an amazing job! She’s patient, gentle and really cares about the dogs, you can tell she treats them like her own. My pups always come home looking so clean, fresh and happy after their appointments. It’s hard to find someone you can fully trust with your fur babies but she makes the whole experience stress free. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer who truly goes above and beyond!

First time with this place and I don’t even know where to begin. I never write bad reviews but this establishment is so awful! I wish I had come to Google reviews first I would have seen how many one star reviews they have! And it looks like, if they don’t like your review they simply respond as if they’ve never serviced you or your dog before. The woman Fran who I think is the owner behaved like a complete sociopath when I picked up my dog and I asked why the cut wasn’t like I had specifically requested, She aggressively handed my leashed dog to me and said the cut “was fine”….actually I think she was drunk. I left feeling so unsettled and my dog was more anxious than any other grooming visit he’s ever had. I wondered how he had been treated while I wasn’t there. Don’t trust this groomer, I just have to warn others. This is the kind of place where your pet dies “accidentally”. Terrible service and terrible vibes!!

Sevyn has been getting groomed by Dani since he was 6 months old, and she always makes sure he looks amazing. I really appreciate that she gives me details about his behavior during the visit, because I like knowing how he was acting. His haircut is always perfect, and he’s always excited to see her. Everyone in the shop is kind and welcoming too, which is so important since I’m trusting them with my dog. Thank you, Dani—we appreciate you!

So, after an interesting first experience with our pup I decided to give them another try. BIG mistake! It was only fair to allow for a second chance, but this was worse. I didn’t complain about the over charge, or the 1 1/2 hour wait to pick up or pup from when we were told he’d be ready. First cut of the day when he’s the first to arrive should not take till after 12:30…and the reason was “it got busy”. So much for appointments. Here’s the kicker: They text me he’s ready, and if I’m more than 1 1/2 late there is a day care charge. Oh there’s more, I arrive within minutes of getting the text as I was on my way since he should have been ready an hour earlier, I was told he’s not ready and they must have texted in error and it would be another 1/2 hour “it’s been busy in here today”. Please, get your act together. It’s sad that you’ve come across as lacking professionalism as a shop. Then there’s the whole problem…horrible job grooming my pup. Cut burns which has irritated him still. Uneven lines and chunky cuts. Enjoy my $99 from that mess, no more…sadly.

I normally bring my dog in and express what I’d like. It’s honestly a hit or miss sometimes they’re great and fast with the services. Other times I’m asking them to go back and fix something. This particular time I dropped my dog off for a 1 o’clock appointment. They took until 6:40 to call and say she was ready. And I wasn’t satisfied with her cut. I had them go back and cut more off of her tail. I heard my puppy scream when she was cutting but didn’t realize until a bit later that she cut her to much. She has bruises everywhere from being shaved to close. These are just two she’d allowed me to get close enough to without jumping from the pain. She has this deep cut on the side of her neck that’s swollen and draining from being cut too close! We won’t be returning !!!
