This vet and daycare are excellent. I couldn’t recommend them enough! The staff has been so friendly since the day we adopted our dog. Their vets are knowledgeable and good with our dog, the prices are reasonable for their services, and they’re not looking to do extra tests or procedures unless they’re really needed. Their daycare also is wonderful. The staff takes such good care of our dog (they even threw him a birthday party) and the prices for a day of daycare are great. Our dog always came home from daycare with the biggest smile on his face and the cutest pictures. We are so grateful to have a place that takes such great care of our dog!

It was our first time here and I was quite anxious about having to go to a new vet. We had been with our old vet for 25+ years before she retired. Our vet recommended we come here, what a good recommendation it was! I called on a Monday and was able to get an appointment for the very next day. All of the staff we interacted with were very nice and friendly which meant the most when our dog was so comfortable he laid down on the floor and just relaxed. The prices were reasonable after you get through the estimate of what you need and don’t, that would be my only negative but not enough to matter a hill of beans. We will most definitely be back to this veterinary clinic for another visit!

After 30 years with another vet, I made a change due to consistently long wait times & declining conditions. East Memphis Pet Hospital & Resort is exceptional; immaculately clean, highly professional, and staffed by knowledgeable, friendly veterinarians. The front desk team is equally courteous and efficient. I recommend them without hesitation! Everything - but especially running on time (always!) and immediate follow up after appointment.

The care and love for my two GSDs is evident from the moment we walk in. They are 7 and 8 years old and have been a part of the East Memphis Pet Resort family since they were puppies. They love spending their play days there and the medical and grooming services on the hospital side are excellent. The love and affection the staff shows my GSDs.

You guys were awesome! Didn't make us wait long for any of our three visits. The staff was friendly. We were very thankful to find a vet willing to take us on while we were out of town visiting Memphis. And very thankful for treating her wound and finding an excellent effective treatment for Brookelynn's allergies. Willingness to see Brookelynn during an emergency.
