(from Google)Wonderful trails, both paved and dirt that take the walker through forest and restored prairie. We enjoyed the native flowers, trees, and open green space in the midst of the city. It was also good to see planned opportunities to help remove invasive weeds.
Really a great park. Doesn't get much traffic, plenty of terrain for hiking and mountain biking. One of my favorite places. Love the pine trees 🌲
I walk the dogs here almost every morning. Usually see deer every day. The paved paths are nice but I usually walk on the dirt/snow covered trails.
It's a convenient place to park and get into a natural area. There are paved and unpaved trails that let you get under the trees.
This was a fun park to visit. Google maps shows dotted lines some trails, the one in the big field with the reservoir isn't a paved or even gravel trail, it's a car track use trail, and at least this 2022 season it's become over grown. You can still walk it safely, but just make sure to check for bugs diligently. Walking through the wooded areas makes you feel like your up north and not in Roseville.
