Lovely Nose Pet Grooming

If you love your dog, don't bring them here. I previously had 2 grooming packages here - cut, bath, nails, glands for $75. The most recent time I added inside-ear trimming for an additional $10. Today, I dropped my dog off for an appointment I scheduled 2 weeks ago. We agreed on the same grooming package she had 3 months ago, without the ear trimming. They call me at pick-up time to tell me that because my dog grew, they will be charging me $125 if I want the haircut. I tell them that's a huge increase from $75 when the dog is the same approximate size with ~8lbs more weight. More importantly, while I'm ok with paying more because she has grown, I am not ok with them calling me after the fact to demand more while holding my dog hostage. They ask what I think is reasonable? I said the most I would be willing to pay is $100 (already a 33% increase!) and he responds he'll finish the services for $110. I tell him not to proceed and I'm coming to pick up my dog. They say fine it will be $50 for the bath. When I arrive they demanded $75 for just the bath. When I called them out on their unethical business practices they say I should have checked the prices (which we had already agreed on, otherwise they wouldn't have called me to change it). I pointed to the sign they have posted for pricing, that shows small dogs are $25 and medium are $50 for baths and that I'm not paying $75 for 1/4 of the grooming package I got last time at the same price. Another customer walked in and I started telling them what was going on. This embarassed the business owner and when he saw them agreeing with me, he finally returned my dog. For reference, my dog is small/medium weighing 25lbs. The business has no climate control and the poor dogs must be dying in the sweltering heat back there. My poor baby was super dehydrated when she got home and couldn't stop drinking water. Do not trust these people, the only thing they care about is taking advantage of you.

We had such a great experience with Ellie’s grooming appointment! You can truly tell when someone cares about animals, she came home calm, clean, and happy. Her coat looks beautiful and she smells amazing, but more importantly, she was treated with patience and kindness. That means everything to me. Thank you for taking such good care of my girl, we’ll definitely be back.

Great spot! Took my 110lb St. Bernard puppy here for the first time and they did great, Agnes came out looking fresh and clean. The workers were friendly and nice and verified what I wanted done prior to taking her back. They were upfront about pricing and accurate about how long it would take. Reasonably priced and completed the job quickly for my stubborn pup! Will be coming back!

I loved my experience here!!! 3 other grooming places told me my dog had to be shaved and this grooming spot was the only one that told me they’d try their best to dematt him and they did just that and left him gorgeous. He was there for 2.5 hours, so you can tell they really take their time with the dogs. I’d 10000% recommend this place and Florentino who was my dogs groomer, I’d really recommend him, his before and after pictures speak for themselves. I think it’s very worth the price for how much they take their time on the dogs. So so happy and will be back 😊 Update: I will literally never trust anyone else with my poodle! This place is the BEST. The more we come to them the more we love them. They have a loyal customer with us forsure. 🫶🏾

I have become coming to this groomer for 15 years! He use to work in dwtn LA and when he opened his new location I followed. He is wonderful and truly loves & cares for animals. He is an EXPERT in grooming with all breeds with many years of experience. He knows exactly what kind of haircuts go with each breed, uses the best shampoos and conditioner and is kind and patient. I have 5 dogs and he takes care of them all and makes them look beautiful every time!
