Luna Pet Resort

I am extremely disappointed with our experience. Boq came home with an attached tick that we had to remove ourselves, a bite wound on his face, a persistent cough, and he started vomiting shortly after coming home. We are now facing unexpected veterinary expenses and significant stress. Ticks are not just a problem for dogs—they can transmit serious diseases such as Lyme disease, ehrlichiosis, and anaplasmosis, and they also pose a potential health risk to humans. I expected a boarding resort to have much stricter parasite control and health screening protocols. We have boarded him at other facilities in the past and have never had anything like this happen. Our dog went in healthy and came home needing veterinary care. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this facility.

Accommodated me with just a week's notice for Memorial Day weekend to board my dog. Flint is nervous boy and hasn't done well at more traditional kennels or boarding situations in the past. I was hesitant to bring him in, but I didn't have any other options. He had a great time! We picked the Luxury room for him (he loves beds and sofas and chairs and human furniture), and they included some photos for me of him lounging around, belly out, just vibing in his room like he would at home. He got along well with the other dogs, and they said he didn't seem anxious at all - very confident and happy! The biggest tell was when I came to pick him up. He was excited to see me, but he didn't tackle me or run anxiously - he happily sauntered up. I'd bring him back in heart beat. I loved the updates (included with a luxury room), the add ons at affordable prices (10 dollars extra daily for private cuddle time - 20 or so min sessions), the staff, and the facilities. Absolutely will be bringing him back as needed!

It was my first time boarding my puppy and I was nervous but Luna pet resort is so wonderful! They sent the cutest pictures with the daily updates I received, complimentary with it being my dog’s first time. Before pickup, I got my dog groomed and bathed and they did a great job - gus looks great!

I CANNOT COMPLIMENT LUNA PET RESORT ENOUGH! The staff here is patient and clearly loves dogs. They understand how to work with rescues and offer 1 on 1 playtime, which is so helpful because my dog is particularly difficult to work with sometimes as we're still working through some trauma. After the first day, my dog cannot wait to get there. Every morning when he knows I'm going into my office to work, he drags me to my car. When we get there, he drags me to the door. I've never seen him so excited to leave me which I'm lowkey salty about but I love that he loves being here. He also had zero anxieties about boarding here. The team here is so great, and it shows in the dogs' reactions to them.

I can't say enough good things about Luna Pet Resort! I've boarded my dog here a few times, he's a senior pup with some anxiety issues and hasn't done well at other boarding facilities, but he does very well when boarded here! The staff are very attentive to his special needs and it makes me feel so much better when I leave town knowing he's happy and being well taken care of! He even enjoys playtime with other dogs, which his previous boarding facility said he was too anxious to be in group playtime. Truly well deserved 5 stars!
