City Of Mission Hike and Bike Trail Park Entrance

Fun bike trail that I enjoy riding as much as I can. Lots of mesquite branches with thorns that can cause a puncture on the unpaved trails, so bring a flat repair kit. Doesn't happen often but it does happen, especially if your not running tubeless tires. This trail is very beginner friendly if your looking to get in to the sport and also has some blue line sections for seasoned riders. Unfortunately, there's people that like to take their dogs on the unpaved trails and don't clean up after them so watch your step.

BEST place for mountain biking in the Valley! I’ve been coming to Mission trails for years and it never fails to be fun! There are miles of mountain bike trials of varying difficulties. These trails are shared by hikers as well, so gotta be careful when riding too fast. As I’ve been visiting more often I have been meeting wonderful and nice people who also love this park. In addition to mountain bike trails there is a paved road for joggers. Naturally, there are wild pigs, snakes and insects so just gotta keep an eye out but for an animal lover it’s a fun experience when you see some.

Nice long areas to hike, bike, walk, or jog. They have a flat paved road that is a little over 2 miles. They also have rough trail bikes paths that wind through the brush and small hills. The area is well maintained. The main parking lot has a restroom. At the opposite end on the northwest they have a remote parking lot is minimal and no restroom. Overall very nice place to enjoy nature.

This is the perfect area for those who love to hike their bikes at wild areas and trails. They have trails outside and inside the woods depending on your liking. For a more wild experience for biking at higher riskier speeds , go to the backer area in the woods, you'll find trails that are high and make you go down in riskier speeds so wear your helmet! Be careful of wilds animals! Bring pepper spray or a self defense flashlight, this is the only problem I have with the area which is no surprise but they should still put signs for other people to see! Expect: rattlesnakes, coyotes, tarantulas, bees, and more the alike.

This park is lovely! Dog friendly and super clean. The trails are well marked and enjoyable. I've never seen so many cacti! There are paved and dirt trails. Bathrooms in the beginning of the trail. Mid afternoon very quiet. By 530 it get busier but everyone is very friendly. Wish there were fountains along the trail but everything is very nice.
