In response to your response of my review. I understand the process to cut a doodles hair, as I have be grooming her for 5 years. The point is you left my dog last to be groomed while she wasn’t the last one to be checked in. The point is I was lied to after my first call, she was washed and dry as per the conversion and the call wasn’t disconnected as you say. The second call was cut short because you were just repeating yourself and have no patience for ignorance, and left to pick up my dog. However, all this was a blessing because I found a very capable and pleasant groomer. Thank you!

For the past 7 years, I've been taking my 2 Yorkies here for their grooming. I love the new location, as it is a bit easier to get to in the afternoon traffic. My boys have always looked amazing, and the staff has always been great.

ABOVE AND BEYOND HAPPY!! My Golden’s have not been groomed for awhile because we were moving down here and I am so happy they listened and were attentive to there needs very very happy!! Never going anywhere else!

After a horrible experience yesterday with Riverview Grooming I'm thankful to find our 'Paradise' (btw don't go to Riverview Grooming, customer service is awful and the owner doesn't like taking the blame for anything wrong, plus his replies to the low rated reviews on google are unbelievable.) The employees here at Paradise Pet Salon are absolutely great! Came here yesterday and we were able to be seen first thing this morning! My baby looks gorgeous! The services are fantastic, prices are great and best of all my girl was so happy afterwards (that's really what matters). Please, if you're looking for a great place for your pet, come here! They don't leave your pet in a kennel for long periods of time, they walk and, of course, water your pet. Plus they do the little things like put a cute scarf around her! I'm a forever customer!
