We have gotten our dogs groomed here for several years. We always do the VIP which makes it so our pup’s aren’t in a crate. They begin their groom when they arrive and the groomer calls 15 minutes before they’re done. We pay more for the vip service but it’s worth it for the peace of mind! We have also used their walk in services for things like nail trims.

Dezi is amazing!!! She hooked us up with an amazing beardie that we named Tyler and every time we're in there she is very helpful and amazing as well as all the other staff!

I tried for 3 months to get my cat's Purina One ProPlan Calming Supplement there but they never followed up with me about the final status of receiving it. Just left me hanging. Their customer service is very poor. Doesn't speak well to their business ethics either!

Was wondering around the store and ended up buying a dog chew toy chicken. As I was looking at the fish, I took out my camera and took this one photo of the massive amount of goldfish piled up in one corner of the tank, making sure my flash was off. I'm not one to just go around and take photos of any and everything... something strange or out of the ordinary, I will. I didn't use the flash, and I didnt tap the glass tank... as I was brought up with common courtesy sense. As soon as I took the photo, a Petco lady asked loudly slightly sternly about 30 feet away... Is there anything I can help you with? I said naw I was just wondering around... Then she said, we would ask you to please not take pictures of the fish... I said, I made sure the flash was off... She said it didn't matter it still messes with them. I IMMEDIATELY SMELLED B.S. ALL OVER THAT. The only reason I could think other than the B.S. she trying... was the tank not clean, dead fish may be floating around... etc.. But everything looked clean and spotless, they take real good care of there fish. Pretty sure the tanks are to be checked for dead fish, or dead body parts before or right after opening every morning.. I felt like leaving afterwards... I had been carrying my 2 jackets in my arms and asked the cashier did she need to check my jackets since I was carrying them... she declined... but I had over 1k on my person today... I felt as if she thought I was stealing, as the no flash picture didn't make any sense.. Even if there was a dead fish she may not have wanted out there on the internet.... I have more integrity than that... Fish fight, fish die... sometimes they just float to the top... Fish have finicky life spans... I wouldn't degrade a store over some dead fish... The store was neat and clean, from the front door to the commode... and everybody was awesome but that one person... I asked Grok was there any danger to taking a picture of the fish in a 30 gallon tank, with the flash off. Grok basically said its perfectly fine, just as long as the flash is off. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, even though I knew immediately, B.S. Then grok confirmed what I felt. My business, I help people all day. I am called out and have to deal with people with some of there lowest moments in life. Sometimes I am video filmed in the process... I don't mind.. So the fish should be ok with a picture.😏😉

My go to spot for my pups grooming needs! She has had bad experiences in the past and can be skittish when it comes to nail trims. The techs are beyond gentle and sweet with her and we’ve never had a bad experience. One time my pups nails came out a little sharper than normal, and they corrected it right away. Beyond grateful for the grooming staff!
