BEWARE!!!! What am awful experience! I wanted a small trim on my dogs nails and clarified that with the owner when I went in. Another lady who was also unfriendly came and took my dog. I asked if I could go back there and they said, no (Most dog groomer shops will allow you to watch). 17 minutes later they bring me my dog and the lady was charging me more than what I was told by another girl. After paying their high price and going outside I tried to check my dogs nails and they looked horrific and sharper than before by their terrible clipping and supposedly dremel work they did! I was about to cry. I went home and looked closer at my dogs nails only to feel so upset by what they did. I called and talked to the owner, but as soon as I was saying that the work the lady did was awful, she started yelling at me! The owner Cheri was so rude, sarcastic and disrespectful! Owner didn't even want to hive me a partial refund of my $25 paid unless I continue to go back. What a joke! I will never come here again! They probably try to get reviews by people they know, because there is no way, most people who can see would ever leave a good review. This is the worst company and customer service ever received! Dogs nails are sharp and look so bad. It's sad!

Had to get a same-day appointment for a client’s service golden doodle and everywhere else was basically like, “Yeah… see you in 2–3 business lifetimes.” These legends? Got me in fast like this doodle had celebrity status. Super friendly, zero hassle, and had that fluffy superstar looking fresh in no time. Smooth process, happy pup, and my stress levels went from “panic mode” to “tail wag.” 10/10, would trust them with any doodle emergency again. 🐶✨

My little cat Simon is bathed and and gets a shaved down every 6 to 8 weeks by Cheri…..I’m guessing, a minimum of 2.5 years now. He is taken care of with love and his lion cut/ groom is always done perfectly . ♥️ Another perfect groom today. He’s adorable.🦁

I love love this business. It’s a local business and I used to go to all the time and then I tried another place and found out that it was a chain and it just when I made appointments it was just weird and kind of I don’t know anyhow, so I am so glad I went back to Lucky paws because I know the owner. She’s very personable and she’s very involved in her business and cares a lot about my babies and as we know our four legged babies mean everything to us so I definitely give them five stars and appreciate everything they do to get me in as fast as they can When I forget to reschedule and my dogs are always happy when we when they’re done they feel better
