HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE OWNER HAS SELF CONTROL - BEHAVIOR ISSUES!!! Very disappointing. The owner started yelling at us ( me and my friend) out of nowhere, because our kids were running like 4 years old when they get excited and make noises, laughing at the animals because they were happy. He kicked us out of the store and yelled at us, two women, in a completely misogynistic way. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and unacceptable. which made the children extremely nervous and scared. The situation escalated to the point that it felt like a panic attack for them, and he even called the police. On top of that, the store felt unsanitary, dogs were defecating inside and stepping on their own feces, creating a very unpleasant and unhygienic environment. If you have young children, I would not recommend bringing them here. Between the owner’s hostile attitude and the lack of cleanliness, we will absolutely not be returning.

My heart absolutely broke when I went into this store. The puppies were sitting in their own filth, didn’t have any food available, and had to drink water from a rodent dispenser. These poor angels are living under fluorescent lights all day. At this age, they should still be with their moms/littermates. If you’re looking for a puppy, PLEASE do your research and adopt or shop responsibly. A reputable breeder would never sell a puppy to a place like this. So sad :(

Wonderful shop, Mark and Zack in the fish department are fantastic! Thank you guys for A+ service. My rummy nose tetras are absolutely stunning! Also got a super red bristle nose pleco and he is gorgeous (apologies in advance for the amateur video and reflections). The video was day 1 in the tank, the rummies are at the mid to top level of the tank now that they are settled in.

I purchased a black Pomeranian. The poor baby was coughing, gagging, and throwing up all night. The puppy also had snot and drool constantly dripping. Keep in mind this was in an 18 hour period of ownership. Less than 20 minutes after my return of the animal, they put her back up for sale even after they witnessed her getting sick, and after I told them numerous times how sick this poor girl was and that she needed to be taken and treated by a professional. I really hope everyone stops supporting this business, and the state of north carolina really thinks about the license they gave out. Friendly pets, you should be ashamed, and I hope you consider changing your behavior.

Bought a puppy from here, they insisted it was healthy. The puppy was throwing up, coughing, and wheezing as soon as it was in my car. I took it to the vet in which the vet tech told me it would be $1,000 for procedures because the puppy has a respiratory infection and need to be ruled out for pneumonia and parvovirus. Broken hearted I took the puppy back to the store in which I was met with a very aggressive owner. She tried to snatch the puppy out of my hands once she noticed I was not going to take one of her excuses; maybe she was car sick, our puppies here are very healthy, oh the coughing sickness is a simple procedure to fix. Not the point you sold me a very sick puppy claiming that it was healthy. The puppies are kept in tiny closed area. Uribe and feces everywhere. They don’t even have water to drink they have given them a rodent water bottle. One of the puppies was covered in thick green mucus. This is animal abuse. It needs to be reported to animal control. These people should not be allowed to get away with this abuse
