I can't say enough great things about VAC. If I could give them 10 stars I would. From their front office to the Veterinarians, they truly care about their patients and their families. Dr. Allen took care of our senior cats Ross & Marty for many years and we've continued to go to her for our new kittens Reagan & Rambo. She's always so attentive, caring, and thoughtful. If you're going to choose a very, choose VAC. You won't regret it!

Dr. Thomassy and his staff are amazing. Always a good experience when bringing in one of my noodle girls! Finding an exotic vet you can trust is so important, and this place always exceeds my expectations. Professional, kind, and always there to answer my MANY questions/concerns. I wouldn't take my ferrets anywhere else!

They are more affordable than anywhere else I could find and the doctors are caring. They took care of my Walter as much as we could with his cancer and when It was time to say goodbye they were very compassionate and kind to him even after he passed. They let me sit in the room and hold my boy as long as I needed after he was gone. I feel like other places in the area that I won’t name *coughPluePearlandCare* that I’ve gone to have had unwelcoming or unpleasant staff and doctors unless you have lots of money to blow they treat you like an annoyance. Anywho, I just really really appreciate this place for being kind, caring and gentle to animals and their hoomans, even the ones who make almost as much money as their pet pals do.

From the warm welcoming front desk staff, to the wonderful male cat-smelling (by her own admission) tech to The Dr of Doctors, the formidable yet personalable Dr. Gonzalez, I remain undeniably impressed! My Mukki is so much improved since last Friday. I am grateful beyond mere words to the office manager with both the insight and heart to understand and acknowledge the desperate words of a cat-mom! May God richly bless you all, as only he can.

The service at Valrico Animal Clinic is always great! There is little to no wait. The staff is always happy to be there, very professional and kind to my dog. We have been going there for 3 years and have a happy and healthy golden retriever thanks to them. Highly recommended!
