I was in a horrible situation, I became homeless for the first time in my life! I lost my job and could not find one that would support myself. I could not get into a shelter with my 8 foot, 24 year old snake. I was referred to this establishment. Miranda answered and offered to board him. I found a shelter that was faith based and it was for 6-9 months and she said she had been homeless and understood. I was elated. I brought my guy, AMEN. I had to leave when my mother broke her shoulder. I went to get my guy and he had the worst respiratory infection I have ever seen! Miranda, stated that the heater went out and he was cold. She stated that "he had bubbles, but its ok." I even left money for the 12 days he was there. He is so sick still! I appreciate it but not sure they really know what they're doing. This is just my experience, but be vigilant. UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW. I'm crushed, my guy passed away 2 weeks after this review. I spent the rest of the time I had with him, nursing, medicating and trying to get him healed up, but the infection was so server that he succumbed to it...I regret ever leaving him with this establishment. They clearly didn't care for him like they said they would. It was a great 24 years, I wish I had a little more time with him. I love/loved him so much and I miss him all the time. RIP Pandy 🐍💚😢🪽❤️

This place is amazing 👏. The owners are so friendly and knowledgeable. I have bought a snake from them and she is so friendly and calm. Because the owner takes his time to deal with them. I will always buy from them 😁👍

I have now bought two snakes from here one corn snake and one hog nose. Lovely people with great healthy reptiles. Very friendly and informative. Glad I dont live closer or i would have way to many.

I paid $6 for probably 100 small Dubia roaches today, what a steal! After struggling with the quality of the roaches that I had purchased from the big name brand pet stores, and from sellers online, I finally found a local business that provides a higher quality, quantity, and just over all health of dubia’s. Super happy with my experience today and will definitely be back!
