Lovet Pet Health Care - Beardsley

We always get great service! Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate the attention given to my elderly dog. I especially love how she got on the floor to exam our old guy. 💜

This place has gone down hill soooo much from when it used to be Beardsley Animal Hospital. First off they make you and your pet/pets sit and wait for a vet or vet assistant for a long period of time compared to Beardsley Animal Hospital. Each time I’ve waited 20 mins or more. It might not sound like a very long time, but when you have a pet with high anxiety it seems like an eternity. As I sit there I notice just how filthy this place has become. The walls inside the rooms are brown due to oils and dirt from other animals’ coats. The floors are dirty as well. The corners of the rooms, and I’ve been in numerous ones since the ownership changed, are sticky looking with pet hair stuck in the mix. Just not clean. I’m wondering what the back of this place looks like tbh, behind closed doors where our pets are taken. Just not happy with the changes. Sad but true.

Couldn’t be happier with Lovet Beardsley and Bell Ridge. Our pets are always loved on by the entire staff. Their service is always prompt and efficient. We wouldn’t take our 3 doggos anywhere else. We’ve been going to these locations since before they were Lovet, and we’re thrilled to have the same great service.

Cleo had her first visit with Dr. Bleu at Lovet, and it couldn’t have gone better! Dr. Bleu was so kind, thorough, and patient, taking time to answer all my questions. She also shared helpful information about grain-free puppy food that may have prevented serious health issues for my little one. I really appreciate the puppy package they offer, it’s a great value, covering initial shots and exams, nail trim, parasite test, and preventative heartworm meds. Such a caring and positive experience from start to finish!

Every one here is amazing and I am blessed to have found this vet. They have been taking care of my animals for 4 years since we moved to Arizona. Just recently it was time to put my 19 year old best friend to rest and they were so understanding and patient with me they went above and beyond while I was there and even after to make me feel better and show there support. Thank you for caring for my animals ❤️
