Chewy Vet Care Coral Springs

My experience in Chewy Vet Care (Coral Springs) was excellent. From the moment I called, the people who answered the phone treated me very, very well. The doctor who treated my little dog explained everything perfectly to me. They gave my dog a toy and examined him thoroughly. The care and attention I received felt truly five-star. I’m happy to know there are still people who provide great customer service and make you feel so satisfied with the care you receive. Thank you so much for everything.

I’ve been bringing my boy, Bruce, to Chewy at Coral Springs for almost a year, and it has been a game-changer. Having visited other clinics in the past, I always felt like just another client, and the service was often limited to the basics, but here, the staff truly goes the extra mile to understand both me and Bruce on a deeper level. A special shout-out to Tiff, Kiki and Dr. Newman who always makes sure Bruce is comfortable and has everything he needs. They explain everything in a way that’s clear and easy to grasp. And, the team has also been incredibly reassuring and ease my worries, especially on those days when we had unexpected concerns. It’s clear that they are not only professionals but genuinely care about their clients and their pets. Even though I don’t live nearby, the drive is absolutely worth it because I feel like part of the family. If you’re looking for a place that goes above and beyond, then look no further!

A long overdue 5 stars for Chewy Vet in Coral Springs. We’ve LOVED our experience with this location from day one, but this weekend Gabi truly went above and beyond for our baby. Diego had a procedure done to test the fluid inside a mass on his heel. We got home and a few hours later he started hurting. Not only did Gabi text to check in on us, but stayed 15 minutes past close for me to get there to pick up some pain meds. What other vet office would do that? The answer is literally none. You will not find another office that cares for your pets just like you do!! Thank you so much Gabi & the rest of the staff.

There arent enough words to describe my great first experience today at the Chewy vet in coral springs! My dog is a rescue and at first is a bit scared and weary of new faces…. but within 2mins Kiara and Robbie ( vet techs) had my baby feeling safe and eating treats from their hands! They were on the floor and taking their time to make him feel safe before starting any exam. Then Dr Newman came in and was also heaven sent! She was gentle and patient and again, within minutes, was checking my dogs teeth and examining with no issues whatsoever. This place was extremely clean and inviting and the staff are honestly priceless🤎 I am now a forever customer ! Best vet experience Ive ever had and ive had dogs all my life. Thank you again Dr Newman, Robbie and Kiara for being clearly passionate for what you do😌😌😌

I took my dog Ferris to Chewy Vet Care in Coral Springs for a general check up, bloodwork for heartworm meds, and a stool test. The staff was very nice, patient and gentle with her. The appointment felt thorough from start to finish. The office looked very clean and well kept. Pricing was affordable, and you can find some of the costs on their website so you get a good estimate before booking. It was a smooth visit and I would bring Ferris back again.
