(from Google)It is a nice place to visit in the weekend with your kid
The dock is certainly impressive and quite lengthy (you can take a short walk on a long pier). The views of waves, sky, shipping, seagulls (not lakegulls?)and the immense mess of the lake are inspiring and perhaps breathtaking for some. Even for me, it was a quieting experience. Seaside Sinay says: Be forewarned that the wind whips across the dock quiet severely at times. Unless you are "weighty" like me, be careful not to blow out to sea (lake).
Wonderful place to view Lake Ontario! And if you like taking photos of sunsets, sunrises or the moon, it’s great!
Beautiful beach area and pier. Excellent park for walking, bathing, and picnics. Easy access and parking. Great for families. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Pavilions are available for events.
Where else can you marvel at our Creator's wonderful works, especially the water cycle wrapped up in the clouds. We gze at the sky as the cloud formations make us wonder about the questions God posed to Job. Job chapter 38, verse 336 & 37 asks: "Who put wisdom within the clouds Or gave understanding to the sky phenomenon? Who is wise enough to count the clouds, Or who can tip over the water jars of heaven...." Come to Charlotte Pier often and gaze in wonder!!
