(from Google)Excellent as always. They make my old dog look so good, and you couldn’t ask for a nicer staff. They genuinely care.
My 15 &1/2 shihtzu went there twice. They didn't keep the same groomer like I asked and when I picked my Hope up they hadn't done her face, and her eyes had hair all in them. The woman said sorry about her face and that's when I realized how horrible she looked. She tried to say my Hope kept trying to bite her. Hope had been groomed since she was a pup and never bit the groomer. Hope would nip if someone hurt her. Never in all her 15 years had one groomer said she tried to bite them. When I took her to petco for a meet in greet and explained what happened and asked the groomer if she would be able to do her she said yes. When I picked my Hope up she looked beautiful. When I asked if she tried to bite the lady said no. Do not trust a place where you aren't allowed in. They come to the car to get the dog and to bring it out. The lady was nice but the haircut and how my Hope looked was horrible. I never went back.
Very pleased with the service they did, had my dog groomed today and he looks great. Staff Very friendly would recommend.
I took my King Charles Cavalier Spaniel to Four Paws for the first time today. The groomers were super sweet to her, my dog looked terrific, and she was happy both when I picked her up and when I dropped her off. The price was better than another groomer in town who razor burned my dogs paws. We will be going back to Four Paws!
I've been here a few times but I'm probably done with this business. And it's a shame because all the ladies but one seem very considerate, nice and easy to work with. Jocelyn, however.... I don't believe she enjoys working with larger dogs. Which is fine, but every interaction with her was negative and included completely unnecessary comments about my dogs. One which especially was inappropriate about my youngest dog having 'behavioral issues' according to her. It's ironic considering the visit beforehand, I received a positive comment on her improvement which she was less anxious and calm wither another employee (my pup was 1 years old at the time and still adjusting to a new groomer). I understand someone having a breed or size preference but providing rude and worse service to an owner because of it is wrong. I see a lot of other positive reviews for this location, and again overall the quality of care was fine (I have had issues with receiving a damp dog or a dog who wasn't fully brushed out). I say if you have a small dog under 30lb by all means go to this business. Otherwise, I can find the same competitive pricing elsewhere and a better experience.
