Pet Supplies Plus Penfield

Today I had a return without a receipt for a purchase made a week ago and thought it wouldn't be a problem because I assumed they'd be able to look it up especially since I used a debit card and had my number on file. The manager with the pink and gray hair told me that wasn't the case because she needed the physical receipt to make sure the refund is going back to the correct card, then went to issue me a gift card. She said although she could find the date of purchase, that's all the information she'd be able to see. I turned down the gift card and immediately left a message with the corporate customer service and then called the Perinton location to be correctly told, come in, that's no problem. The sales associate looked up a record of my purchases, finding the product of return, and issued a refund. This location is the most convenient to me so it was especially disappointing to know that a manager is lying to you, wasting your time so you have to go to another location for accurate customer service.

I had such a great experience at Pet Supplies Plus with the grooming team! Erica and Nessa were absolutely awesome with my high-energy 1-year-old puppy. They were so efficient and patient, and my pup came out looking (and smelling!) amazing. It’s not easy to groom such a wiggly, energetic dog, but they handled it like pros. We’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and talented groomers!this

This is a review for the grooming department only! I included before and after photos of my girl. This was my first time taking my girl here because my original groomer was on maternity leave. I specifically pointed out all the spots I wanted cut which included under belly, behind legs, butt and sanitary areas along with just an all over trim. Somehow that got “miscommunicated” and she shaved my whole damn dog. No groomer in their right mind would shave a clean and healthy double coated dog. Hopefully since this is the first time my girl has ever been shaved, maybe it’ll grow back normally. To shave a double coated dog that relays on that fur to regulate body temperature and protect it is absolutely ridiculous. As it does start to hopefully grow back, the shave job is so patchy I can’t even imagine what it’s going to look like. Thankfully the manager took my concerns and dog’s appearance to heart and offered a full refund, but I will not be taking her back. I fully support shopping at pet supplies plus, but I would not recommend their grooming services.

The fish at this pet shop are amazing! They have a great selection of fish. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and are always happy to help. The fish are always healthy and well-cared for. I highly recommend this pet shop to anyone looking for a great fish experience. Fish are a type of aquatic animal that live in water.
