I had never used Berrypatch Veterinary Office before, but I brought my sweet baby, Lilo, there under very difficult circumstances to be humanely euthanized due to her advanced age and serious health conditions. From the very first phone call, the staff demonstrated exceptional compassion. The young lady who answered the phone was patient, kind, and thorough in answering my questions and helping me schedule the appointment. That initial interaction immediately provided a sense of comfort during an emotional time. Upon arriving at the clinic, the entire staff was incredibly kind, respectful, and sympathetic to the reason for my visit. Throughout the entire process, they checked in on me regularly, ensured I understood every step, and made certain I did not need anything. Their professionalism and empathy far exceeded my expectations. What truly stood out was the level of care shown even after the appointment. I was deeply touched to receive a sympathy card signed by the staff, each message expressing kindness and care for Lilo. They also took the time to make paw print impressions for me to keep as a lasting memory of her, which meant more to me than words can express. I am sincerely grateful to the entire team at Berrypatch Animal Clinic for guiding me through such a difficult moment with dignity, compassion, and respect. I highly recommend this veterinary office, and when I am ready to welcome another pet into my life, I will absolutely return. Thank you for your outstanding care and exceptional customer service.

2 lady’s at the front desk didn’t even greet us, just sat there and asked what we needed. When I tried to schedule a time for my dog to come in and asked the times, she told me to “hang on” and gave me a dirty look. If you’re looking for hospitality this place isn’t it.

I take my dogs to both their Lakeland and plant city location. Always a great experience! But today we had Kayla as our tech at Berry Patch, and she made such a difference in our visit. She was so attentive and patient with my dog. He’s an anxious boy at the vet, but she gave him lots of pets and reassurance and to me that is just as important as great medical care. Thank you Kayla! ☺️

Veterinarian's, as a practice, are already a demanding curriculum as a student. The service I received and values for some tests can be overwhelming, still, the testing, may be expensive, but you want the vet to take the best road to resolution. Testing is still important on a case by case basis. The receptionists, BOTH, are amazing. I love the customer experience. They communicate and really strive to deliver that strong customer service model. The Vet handled the issue in the most cost-effective way, with options. That speaks volumes. Great location, wonderful staff.

Just had my first visit there and was extremely pleased with the doctor and staff. He spoke straight from the shoulder concerning my options for the treatment of my very mature Rottweiler and seemed very compassionate and made no effort to try and "up sell" us on tests or surgery just to make more money. I would highly recommend this veterinary practice.
