Parque Lineal Río Bayamón (La Cambija)

We didn't get to see much of it because it was after dusk. However, it felt to me very safe and welcoming. Many runners and bicycles on the trials.

Very well maintained…delicious açaí bowl at the food kiosk. Many people walking and biking.

I arrived at 5:45 AM, very dark before sunrise. The pathways are illuminated, and groups of regular bikers + walkers are always there. Very friendly folks. Very safe. It's well maintained. Walked 5 miles. The sunrise and nature are beautiful. Separate bike and walk pathways. An oasis. Plenty of safe parking.

On Sunday, June 16, 2024. My wife and I went to the La Cambija Linear Park. It's my first time here. First of all the place is beautiful and clean. It consists of 2 paths for walkers and bikers. They sell food and beverages to maintain your body fit. There are bathrooms too. The place is great for families and friends. The trail is 8.9 miles out and back. It takes about 3 hours plus to complete the challenge. I recommend it.

This is one of my favorite places to take a morning walk or run. People from all ages are here from 5am to walk, rollerblades or cycling. You goose how to enjoy the view. There is always security on sight. Also they recently opened a trail for mountain bikes.
