Frog Family Reptile Shop

Went for a birthday party, but also found out they have great supplies for pets. The birthday party was a lot of fun and we held many animals. They set Frederick (the huge tortoise) out to walk around the store. The owner told us to bring our leopard gecko tank and he would help us set it up as a bio-active tank. Please support this local business, they are very friendly and helpful.

Wish I could leave more stars! This place is amazeballs!!! We had my daughter in law's 25th birthday party here. We brought our own food, and we had a BLAST meeting and holding lots of different animals. John, the owner, was a wonderful host who shared his wealth of knowledge about all the animals. It felt like we were at a zoo!!! I even held a snake...so not planning to do that, but after hearing John share about it, I felt comfortable. They do parties for kids, day camps, and other things, too! You can feed turtles for free on Tuesdays. Plus, they are a store that sells critters and supplies. If nothing else, you should visit so you can meet Frederick...a very friendly 60 pound tortoise. Such a sweet boy. They will help you with anything you need to add a new family member, or if you already have a little critter, they will help you make a great life for it! And, this is a great place for a party!!! Absolutely incredible birthday experience at Frog Family Reptile Shop! We hosted our 6-year-old son’s birthday party here, and it exceeded every expectation. The private party room was extremely well sized and perfect for a group of kids. They provided tables and chairs, plus games and reptile-themed coloring sheets, which was a great touch and kept everyone engaged. One of the coolest parts was that the birthday boy got to go into the reptile shop and personally pick out four animals to bring back to the party. He chose a ball python, a couple of frogs, and an impressive 90-pound tortoise! Every child had the opportunity to hold, feed, and interact with the animals in a safe, controlled, and fun environment. What really stood out was how respectful and understanding the staff was. There was zero pressure on any child who felt nervous or had a fear, and they did an amazing job keeping everyone calm, comfortable, and confident at their own pace. They were also very accommodating and allowed my wife to decorate the room however she wanted, which made it feel truly personalized. Jonathan was fantastic with the kids—patient, knowledgeable, and great at answering all their questions about the animals. We would 100% recommend Frog Family Reptile Shop for birthday parties or any of the kids’ interaction days they offer throughout the year. An unforgettable experience and memories our son (and all the kids) will be talking about for a long time!

Had an amazing experience today. We brought our 12 year old twins in to pick out their Christmas present. John was really helpful, made sure we were properly set up, and took the time to educate us all about how to care for our new baby tortoise. Highly recommend!

Absolutely FUN and amazing store. The employee was so sweet to our toddler and older kiddos. Let us touch the tortoise, and even a got out a snake for us to pet. Very knowledgeable about all the species in the shop. Definitely we will be coming back when we decide to get our new pet. At the end of everything, all the kids got super cute, nice stickers. It was like going to the zoo! Such a fun experience!!!
