(from Google)Pros: burgers were good, cheese curds good, panko onion rings good, and our server was a nice lady. Cons: the guy with the plugs, the wait time, the supplemental fee, the format of the menu, the lighting/decor which is reminiscent of a memory care facility or preschool. It was $62 for 2 people - 2 burger meals, 2 beers, and cheese curds. A bit pricey. The guy with the plugs was obviously stressed. I’ve worked in food and other types of service plenty, when you’re in the weeds, stay calm. Don’t be rude to our nice server while you just spiral, and definitely don’t be rude to customers, we saw a family walk out after you verbally accosted them. It’s busy, it’s not the end of the world. I wouldn’t be surprised to learn he’s the one behind some of these insane replies to reviews as well. The wait time. We were told it would be 15 minutes. It was 45. Once the angry dude let our nice server take our order, our food came out in the actual 15 minute quoted time. So maybe just let her do her thing. The 2.5% supplemental fee was not listed on the menu, and was not explained. Which brings me to my next point… The menu badly needs reformatting. From an informational standpoint as well as graphic design, that thing is horrible. Why is the build your own section SO LARGE? Why aren’t all the sides listed? What is up with the other side of the menu? As in, why are the specialty burgers split into two sections, why isn’t a “meal” explained anywhere, what’s up with all the random little boxes on the sides, can you only add avocado to the blt, and can you only get a pretzel bun on the build your own? It’s a mess. Milkshakes aren’t even on there, some appetizers and all desserts are missing. Oh and subbing onion rings for the fries in the “meal” has an exorbitant price which is also not listed on the menu. And again, no mention of the 2.5% fee. It also makes no sense that a place with a server is a mark your own menu situation. Atmosphere is like something from Fallout. The bright colors and harsh lighting don’t make you feel like you’re outside, more like you’re institutionalized. Maybe if half of the cloud paneled fluorescent lights were turned off it would be more tolerable. Or perhaps you could put the strings lights to use and forgo the fluorescence altogether. In general, this place should be an order at the counter and take a number situation. The dude with the plugs should not be in customer service. Good burgers but yikes on many other levels. Honestly, we’d love to love it here… and maybe if the guy wasn’t so rude right off the bat and killing the vibe the entire time; we would forgive the decor and menu choices.
I got the Philly cheesstwak and I was ecstatic that they actually use cheese whiz, that made my day, my friend order the pb&j burger and she loved hers too.thw fries were homemade and absolutely delicious. The homemade ranch was TOO GOOD! The waitress was so nice and the chef knows what he's doing. We visited from Phoenix and we will definitely be back.
Food and service are excellent here. It’s my new favorite burger place. The half pound wagyu burger is incredible. Fun spot to dine in. Lots of board games and picnic tables give the impression that you’re outside. Lots of gluten friendly options. Their gf bun is my favorite out of all of the places.
VERY GOOD food! Fun atmosphere and the staff are all happy and helpful. LOVE the set up and the cleanliness!! They are able yo do burgers that are gluten free for my son with celiac! So exciting and he loves going g here too!
First time experience and I come from assortment experiences from Phoenix and Scottsdale like Durants, Ocean 44 and Mastros. It took about 15-20 mins to bring out the food and it was not busy at all. Not a big complaint it just shows the lack of pep. The reason for my review and desire to return is the PRICE. My burger cost $35. I checked online and it would have only cost $22. The side and mozzarella appetizer was added on the side as well. One beer and water. Total came to $60. My burger wasn't cooked to my desire temp, there was 0 seasoning on the burger and they missed a red topping. Also with larger burgers any professional knows to slice the middle so the burger doesn't fall apart on you after the 2nd bite. All in all although the food was very tasty.
