Just left Pooh for her 2nd Visit. Her first visit exceeded all expectations.Pooh is a 2 year old, very large great Pyrenees. There is no aggression in her. She is sweet and gentle, but her size can be intimidating.. however, Miko her Groomer was sweet and welcoming and poo. Instantly wanted to be her friend. We left her there feeling confident and comfortable. When we picked her up, we couldn’t have been more pleased.. Not only had she done everything we asked, but also asked us to look her over and make sure they’re it wasn’t anything we may have wanted done that she missed. When we dropped her off today for her second visit she instantly remembered Miko and was happy to be there. I would recommend anyone looking for a groomer to try this place out. And especially Miko.

I’m very happy with this cat grooming service. My cat really enjoyed the bath and stayed calm and relaxed the whole time, which says a lot! The staff were incredibly gentle, patient, and professional. They took great care of my cat and paid attention to every detail. The service was excellent, and I can tell they truly love and understand cats. Highly recommended! 🐱✨

We brought our cat, Misty, here to get an all inclusive bath package and Lucia, the groomer for our cat, was very kind. Misty didn’t put up much of a fuss and she smells amazing!!! Her fur is nice and soft. I highly recommend this place if you want your cat groomed.

I’ve taken my dog here several times, and every experience has been wonderful. The groomers are professional and gentle, and they always take the time to understand what style I want. My dog always looks adorable and feels comfortable after each visit. highly recommend！

🚫 I wish I could give it 0 stars! DO NOT COME HERE !! I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. My dog was left with an uneven, choppy haircut that was cut far too short. His face looked like it wasn’t even groomed, and overall, he did not look like he had been professionally groomed at all. To make matters worse, he didn’t smell clean, which makes me question if he was even bathed. I approached the business about the poor quality of the grooming and asked for a discount or resolution, but they refused to work with me. This shows a complete lack of customer service and accountability. This experience was a waste of both my time and money. I strongly advise other pet owners to avoid this groomer and take their pets somewhere that values quality and customer satisfaction.
