With the rising fuel cost no transportation I used the delivery service for the first time today. With a smart phone that was having hickups as I was trying to place the order an pay for it as well. The order specialist made several phone calls back an forth till the order was dialed in. She also called me to tell me the delivery was on its way. Everyone went above the call to get it done! My Dutch shepherds security team patrol the perimeter of my property during the night shift, keeping the peace and me safe during these ugly times in are country now. Yes it's a tag team affair I now understand what the neighbors clubs is about. I attended the vaccination clinic at Tractor Supply in Bakersfield and had a very disappointing experience. The store was full of people waiting with their pets, but there was no clear line, no check-in system, and no one directing customers. I asked several store employees where the line started and no one seemed to know. After searching the aisles for quite a while, I finally found the vaccination clinic staff. There were four clinic staff members present, and from what I could see they were mostly standing around talking while customers and their pets waited. By 7:00 PM only eight animals had been vaccinated. At that point I learned that my number was 28, meaning I would likely be waiting for hours without anyone having communicated that to customers in advance. When I expressed concern that customers had been left standing around for so long with no information about the wait time, I was told they “didn’t need my business.” Fair enough. If that is the attitude toward customers, I’m happy to take my business elsewhere. I will be cancelling both my and my husband’s Tractor Supply credit cards and will not be shopping here again. A simple check-in system, clear instructions, or honest communication about wait times would have made a big difference.
