(from Google)Relatively quiet despite being in the city. Sites and restrooms are clean and maintained. We stayed a Wednesday night in April. I reserved our campsite beforehand. We arrived after 5 pm and they texted me the after hours gate code without me asking. The campsite was large enough for a large tent. Our site had lake access, water and electricity. The picnic table was on a cement pad with a metal awning. There are multiple dumpsters nearby
Great park. Nice rangers. Nice fishing pier. Lots of trails. Lots of day use as well as lots of camping sites. W& E and Full hook ups. Don't try to park of pavement, posts everywhere.

We love this park. We stayed at site 104 which has a path that leads directly to the fishing pier and the shoreline. It was also a path forany animals like deer, javelina, cats and many more. We will definitely be back. It also has some great trails for hiking and biking which we thoroughly enjoyed
Nice park, very close to highway and airport, but it is a little oasis. Campsites are large with great shelters, all semi private and spaced apart well. Washrooms could do with a revamp. Nice that the campground and day use area are on completely opposite sides of the lake. It means the campground stay fairly quiet.
