Dr Luis Duarte has an amazing gift, I experienced this when he was treating my extremely skittish cat. His calm and patience helped my cat during his pain. He was very efficient and explained everything very thoroughly. The ladies at the front desk were also very polite and helpful. Excellent service, during a difficult time, and now my cat is back to normal.

Want thank the staff and especially Dr. Duarte for their kindness and help with my senior dog 16 1/2 yrs old. Whenever I have had to take my old man there, they have always been so helpful and kind. Dr. Duarte is a gem, I am so very grateful I can count on him to take such good care my baby and be so considerate. As everyone knows vet bills can get very expensive and he always tries to perceive only what is needed. Thank you once again I would not trust any other place to take my Chewy.

Very unprofessional - there’s a new employee called Bernardo and he is so snobby and entitled. Instead of making the customer feel understood and calm he Respond with attitude, We asked to speak with him, and instead he runs to the manager. As the manager is explaining their policy, he’s standing in the background Physically making faces and giving nasty energy. We pointed that sassiness out to the manager, and questioned why is he acting like a five-year-old? she asked him to wait in the back, after explaining our issue and their websites irregularities. The website literally gives you about four options for “reasons” to the appointment and they expect you to know what’s included when all they do is Give general options .The manager finally shuts up and was able to waive certain fees that weren’t supposed to be there in the first place.. we explained how crazy it is to have a certain procedure done like anal glands go from $14 to now almost hitting 50 bucks and she has the audacity to compare her daughter’s pediatrics appointments to a vet …that doesn’t help the situation. I’ve heard so many horrible things about this place on TikTok and other platforms. The manager is new there too so I’m sure she’s trying to please everyone but she needs to understand that Bernardo is a disgusting employee that lacks sympathy and needs to be trained or take some lessons from Alejandro. if Bernardo is too stubborn to take a couple training classes, then please fire him. Alejandro and the main doctor at that establishments are the only ones with compassion and patience . And thank you to the new manager for supposedly standing next to Bernardo as he completed the appointment because we did not want him to touch our dog, especially with his attitude who knows what abuse he could’ve done behind closed doors.

Have had to go back and forth for 2 weeks in a row. Im looking into another hospital since i have to go back a 3rd time. Im convinced the doctor hasn't been taking my concerns seriously and is just milking money out of his patients. I mention my puppy is experiencing a bad rash. He says keep an eye on it. No test no diagnosis. $140 visit. Return next week, rash is worse. Puppy has mange. Mention a new symptom while I'm there. Puppy has a cough. He says keep an eye on it. No test, no diagnosis. Another $120 visit. Will have to visit a 3rd time. The cough is worse. Concerned about kennel cough progression to phenomena. Puppy isn't sleeping, 3am wake ups with coughing fits. Im reluctant to go back to this hospital. The doctor will probably say "keep an eye on it" and still charge me $100+. I need a doctor willing to help resolve issues quickly and effectively. Not run up the bill and allow my puppy to suffer for money. Seems like this establishment is willing to allow animals to suffer for profit.

Was extremely satisfied visiting the office with my furbaby Goldstar. He has been seeing another Doctor since August with no improvement to his ear infection! I feel that Dr.Whaley demonstrated empathy with my concerns with dog ear infection and I feel very pleased with the visit his staff Ms.Gabriel,Katherine, Destiny and James we're exceptional and treated us kindly. I am truly satisfied with the care that was given to us on our last visit to the office.100% satisfied!!❤️❤️❤️
