Volancy Dogs (Alyssa) and her skilled training completely changed our and our dog, Allie's, lives for the better! Before this training, Allie was a major "puller" on leash and did not always respond to commands despite treats and previous training. After 2 weeks with Alyssa, Allie is an AMAZING "heel" walker and responds quickly to commands with and without treats. We can't believe we had a dog without this training before! The difference is truly incredible. What we are most thrilled about is the ability to go off-leash with Allie. It allows us and her so much more freedom and we can tell that Allie is more fulfilled in life. Not only does Allie have more freedom, but the safety component is critical. Allie has great recall and we have the security of the E-collar when needed. While with Alyssa, Allie was also crate-trained, which is a game-changer as we are expecting our first child in June. We are now able to tell her "place" and she will go to her bed or crate and stay there until further commands are given. Lastly, Alyssa provided clear and consistent communication throughout the training time. We appreciated her spending multiple hours with us in our home and environment to "train" us to follow up on everything Allie learned. She provided us a thorough document that detailed all commands, reasoning behind the rules of training, and specific comments for our dog. Months later, Alyssa is still available to answer any questions that come up. Her commitment to us was very impressive and not something that is easy to find. Alyssa was great with our 6 month old miniature dachshund puppy who was a bit reactive. After only 3 sessions together, he was already so much better around other people and dogs. Not only did our puppy learn, but we learned too so that we could continue his training ourselves at home! I’m forever grateful to Alyssa. This is my first dog, and so I felt very lost about what to do with him, but Alyssa definitely helped in changing all of that. The price is also extremely reasonable for the amount of time Alyssa spends with you. Can’t recommend enough!

I got to know of Alyssa after doing a lot of research and reading reviews. We have a dog with genuine anxiety and probably always will. Alyssa took the bull by the horns and transformed Scout into a dog who listens and pointed out to me behaviors to look out for that I never would have even seen.This happened in only one week. It’s been close to two years of sleepless nights and on night one after following Alyssa’s instructions, we have incredible progress. Alyssa, thank you for doing your thing and for helping provide Scout and our family the tools to live a better life.

Alyssa is highly effective and diligent with training. She has trained both of my Australian Cattle Dogs. Understands and appreciates their breed. This was my family’s first time owning cattle dogs and we definitely needed the help with them. Our first, Orion is 1 1/2 yrs old , was trained with her since about 5 months old and I have been told he is one of the most well trained dogs at the farm where he still sees his parents and siblings. . He is well behaved in our home and very successful on the farm our daughter works at. Our second, Reno, we got as an owner surrender at 9 months old about 8 weeks ago . After he was neutered his training with Alyssa took precedence over everything else. He came back a much better version of his goofy self. We still work with Alyssa weekly to better each of our dogs and our understanding of them. Both dogs are so much better for having Alyssa in our lives.

We can’t recommend Alyssa enough!! We were interested in getting our dog Summer off leash trained and it was truly the best decision to use Volancy Dogs. The amount of knowledge and skills Summer learned in less than two weeks is unbelievable! Not only did Alyssa do an amazing job training Summer, she also took her time to teach us all of the proper commands and skills needed to successfully handle her. When training was complete, Alyssa provided us with a very thorough document explaining how to maintain Summer’s training and all of the different commands in great detail. She also included many helpful recommendations to implement in our day to day lives based on what she learned about our Summer’s personality while training her!
