I cannot say enough good things about this place. I brought my dog there when she suddenly became sick and the team quickly diagnosed her with pyometra. They gave me all the information I needed to make a decision on what steps needed to be taken and immediately took action and performed emergency surgery that quite literally saved her life. I especially want to thank Bre and Dr. Walker. They were incredibly compassionate, professional, and reassuring during a situation that was very stressful for me and my wife. They took the time to explain everything clearly and treated my dog with so much care and urgency. You can tell they truly love what they do and genuinely care about the animals and families they help, because of them and the amazing team at The Range Animal Hospital my dog is still here with us today. I’m beyond grateful for the skill, kindness, and dedication they showed. If you’re looking for a veterinary team that will go above and beyond for your pet and you, I highly recommend this place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Dr. Walker and The Range. The office is absolutely beautiful, and the level of care is outstanding. I have two senior Frenchies and was referred to him by another Frenchie mom in my community. Knowing he has three Frenchies himself gave me a lot of confidence, especially with the unique health needs of the breed. One of my dogs has special needs, and I fully trust him with their care. Dr. Walker truly cares, and it shows. He takes his time, explains everything, and makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. His staff is amazing as well. The front desk team is welcoming, the nurses are compassionate, and the office is very responsive to emails and communication. They also do fun holiday photos with props, which is such a thoughtful touch. Overall, the best veterinary experience I’ve ever had. 🤍

I can’t not say enough good. We were not a patient. I called our current vet Best Care Animal in NPR to be told they could not make room for my 4 month old injured puppy in with in the next 48 hrs. Ranger got him in immediately. The place is immaculate. Staff extremely friendly, and helpful. Dr. Was amazing. Not only was he able to diagnose and do X-rays immediately he was able to explain everything, and get surgery scheduled the next morning! We will never go anywhere else. We feel so lucky we found the .

My dog got his teeth done at this location and everything was great including staff. However I visited Dr. Allie this morning 2/12 for my dog not eating for a day in a half and swelling under his eye, she was very rude and got loud with me and my fiancé it was very unprofessional. She said she didn’t know what was wrong with him and said he needed bloodwork that he got late September early October showing the liver enzymes were high and wanted to check again. Me and my fiancé had to go to work so we just said we can do that but can we schedule it on a day I am off simply because he was already stressed from her bad energy so I wanted to be with him after he got it done to calm him. She then said she wasn’t understanding and said that I am declining and continued the back and fourth the entire appointment extremely loud and rude at 7am.. Mind you this wasn’t the only this she “didn’t understand” it was an attitude to everything I explained and I felt like I couldn’t get a word out. It felt like I was being attacked rather than educated. I will be returning to this location because the first doctor I saw was great but definitely will be requesting to not see this specific doctor. It was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t want her to ruin this business. I wish I could have recorded this altercation. My dog was extremely stressed by her presence. I left today feeling like absolutely nothing was done to help my dog today I asked about inflammation in his gums and that was not answered. On top of that the tech that was in the room and very sweet came at the end when we had to check out and literally apologized for what happened!!!

Thank you, Dr Walker and team for taking incredible care of our dog Summer! We were able to drop her off for care even when they were booked - they kept her overnight and followed a care plan which avoided surgery and they were communicative throughout (updates and questions were sent and received via text and I received an update first thing at 7:01am). Estimates and charges were explained clearly. Pick up was easy and they were patient in reviewing the post care plan. Summer is doing great and back to her crazy puppy self! They far exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend this veterinarian in Odessa!
