Dr. Rachal is the BEST. Could not be happier. Super detailed, informing, and caring. Our Sugar Booger doesn’t even mind going to the vet. Also, she’s back to her regular food beggin’, owner followin’, and Amazon driver barkin’ self — one day post visit. Wouldn’t even know she was sick!

They are the most caring people,I have ever met. I found a cat, found Animal Health Care Center on Mayfield, Arlington,tx, they took care of Abby, what makes me go back to get my Abby fixed, is that they care! They have my business. Abby loved them so much we brought them a cheese plate, then this older woman came in and brought them homemade cakes, that says a lot! Thank you all, I will see you on the 20th of Jan. They do care! So grateful I found Animal Health Care Center after relocating to Texas! Dr. Brown has been amazing to work with. Shortly after establishing care, we discovered a mass on my 10yo boxer mix. After some testing, it was determined to be a MCT and we scheduled surgery right away. On surgery day, Dr. Brown and staff did a full scan and tested every little lump and bump, and found another MCT on my sweet boy. Because of Dr. Brown and the staff’s diligence, we were able to remove both masses before they had a chance to spread. Skip to yesterday, we established care for my second pup. She has a bit of a rocky past and has been known to get a bit nippy, so naturally I have been dreading bringing her in to update vaccines. Well, I could not be more pleased with the outcome! Alex was so calm with her, communicating to the rest of the staff regarding her needs, and the whole appointment went better than I could have asked for! She even gave the staff a few kisses of approval after all the pokes were done. I have never written a review before, but Dr. Brown, Alex, and the front desk staff have been amazing to work with and deserve all the praises!

I could not be happier with Animal Healthcare Center in Arlington. Dr. Brown and the entire staff are fabulous! They are kind, knowledgeable, and caring… all the way from the receptionists to each and every assistant and vet tech! Dr. Brown is not only skilled, but she’s compassionate and personable. Our sweet puppy needed to have an eye removed, and the experience was as pleasant as you could possibly make such an experience. Everyone at the clinic made me and my puppy feel so loved! I actually live 40 minutes away and only ended up at the clinic because I was working through a rescue. I love the office so much that I intend to make the drive and make it our regular clinic. This office has been great to work with! We adopted two puppies, and this is the vet our rescue requires for neuter/spay. They have treated us so well, even though we are not regular patients of their clinic! I appreciate the thorough information the vet provided. If we didn’t live so far from this clinic, we would definitely make this our permanent vet!
