Let me just start off with the fact that when we first found this place we were absolutely in love with it..recently, however, this is probably the 2nd or 3rd time weve shown up and shes been closed on a day she states theyre open. Weve called twice today-earlier in the afternoon and again once i got off work. Shes been saying for weeks now shes gonna start growing greens and hasnt, she only gets a few hundred insects knowing theres a few people like us that come in and buy 100-200 at a time. This place is honestly just unreliable and unprofessional. We hate going to pet stores but thats the only place that seems to keep what we need in stock.

Absolutely amazing experience! The owner is very kind and knowledgeable. If you are thinking about getting a reptile, come here! They have a large variety of tanks, substrates, and really everything you need for the correct husbandry for your pet! I will be coming here for all my needs now that i know whats available here :)

I first stopped by just to grab some crickets and ended up discovering a whole new reptile world! The team here is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about what they do. They take time to explain everything with patience and care, and you can feel their genuine love for the animals. My day geckos even have a special place in their hearts — a few of my females were gifted to me by them years ago, and they’re still healthy and beautiful almost five years later. Time really does fly! It’s rare to find such honesty and warmth in a pet store. This place is an absolute gem, and I’m so grateful for the love and care they put into every little creature. 💚

Pretty clean place. Animals are well kept too and seem to be super healthy! I came out of curiosity of the tiny albino alligator. Beautiful! Staff were VERY friendly too.
