Dr. Thomas and Kacey were wonderful, helpful, and patient while answering the questions I had about my dog Ducky’s care and administering her vaccinations. I had a great experience at Bear Valley vet clinic and I’m looking forward to working with them As our primary care for our beloved ducky ❤️

Dr. Thomas and Sarah were amazing with my cat. She’s honestly pretty mean at the vet, but Sarah somehow won her over and kept her calm the whole time. It was impressive to see how comfortable they made her. Dr. Thomas was thorough, patient, and explained everything clearly. I felt genuinely supported and cared for. So grateful for their help — they made a stressful situation so much easier.

My sweet baby princess, Muffin, a 12ish year old boarder collie, has been a patient here since I adopted her from a shleter in 2021. The Bear Valley vet staff are AMAZING! Everyone has been so kind and caring. Muffin is a really special case and in her older years she has developed some troubling behavior issues. The staff has been able to work with me to get muffin the correct care and on the right medications to help her live her happiness, most muffin-like, life!!! I am extra grateful to Sarah, who has been a (behavioral??) tech I have become very familiar with recently (sorry idk your full title but you are so awesome). All of the vet doctors have been so kind and are willing to work slowly and at my anxious dog’s pace. I cannot recommend Bear Valley Veterinary Care Center more! Additionally, as an LGBTQ+ identifying person, I have always been so completely respected here. Everyone is intentional about treating myself and my wild dog with such respect!! Thank you!!!!!!!

I’ve taken my boy cats here for nearly 2 years and am sad to move out of the area and lose this wonderful team! Bear valley has a team of anima lovers who are also empathetic to owners who are on a budget. Yesenia has been great every time I’ve come in. Thank you so much to the Bear Valley team!

I recently brought my kitten, Lux, in for his first visit, and I couldn’t be happier with the care we received. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with my cat, which made the whole experience much less stressful for both of us. The vet took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. It’s clear they genuinely care about animals here. I’m so grateful to have such a compassionate and professional clinic nearby—highly recommend! :)
