Well Groomed Pets Fort Worth

We own two German Shepherd boys who have always been “groomed” at home because we have worried about leaving them with someone we are unfamiliar with due to their high anxiety levels. We dropped our older dog, Kaiser (10), off after we finally realized we could not get ahead of the brushing after we fell off from doing it when our first baby was born. We gave him his meds prior to the appointment in hopes it would help. That, and the absolute kindness and patience the staff provided, allowed Kaiser (and us) to have a wonderful experience. Kaiser came home looking and smelling like a young dog looking for a pretty girlfriend. We were so pleased with the overall experience and amazing communication provided the whole time. We will be bringing our youngest dog here next and will continue to bring them for maintenance as needed. I could not have been happier. Thank you!

I took both of my dogs today. I’ve been having trouble finding a good groomer for my boys since I had a bad experience a year ago. I am so happy with the experience. From checking them in to checking them out. They both look amazing and I will definitely be booking with them for their next grooming appointment.

I recently brought my Shih tzu here for a haircut. After reading reviews online I thought it was a good place. Scheduling was fine. Upon arrival at 1pm I was told that they were backed up and he wouldn’t be ready for 6-7 hours. I had read some other reviews like that and clearly that’s a common theme for this place. They should advise all their customers when they book that it’s going to take that long. Finally I was able to pick him up around 8pm. I’ve taken my dog to get many haircuts as he is 13. His haircut was awful. His whole body is choppy and uneven and they made his face hair way shorter than his body. Very upsetting that they are charging people $80 for a below average haircut. I will never be coming back here. I’d recommend finding any other place for your babies as this place doesn’t seem prepared or qualified.

They charged me 133.00 to groom my 12 lb yorkie. 30.00 handling fee. Said she wouldn't be still while working her face. Took 2 of them. Couldn't believe it. That's what it cost for me to get my hair cut and colored short 20.00. Stupid ridiculous. I do love the cut though. Perfect

I’ve been taking my Sunny to get her nails done every week for months now. The staff is so accommodating to my needy corgi & her personality. They work to make sure she’s comfy every time. Whenever I ask for other fur trims or upkeep, they’re happy to help. The front desk is so kind & helpful for scheduling & she even brings her pups up to hang out during the day, which is a fun treat when you’re waiting in the lobby. We love it here!
