We loved how friendly and helpful the staff was. They all welcomed us into the store. The aisles were easy to navigate and find what we needed. I loved the variety of brands and how every single one of them were super healthy, natural, good brands. I definitely recommend this place and will be shopping here again!

Very convenient, clean tubs, warm water, and a plus all the extra accessories the store provides. Yes try to avoid the weekends for showers cause it tends to be very busy. Love the staff from the manager to any associate on site. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. For shots I have noticed the long lines for the service. It is a first come first serve so try to be 30min prior. They do not accept appointments.

The staff is helpful and kind. Mostly very clean but might not be if the place is busy. Avoid weekends. Easy to control the dogs with waterproof collars available and many tethering options. Emergency escape button if you have a run away pet. I take my four old dogs here regularly

Love this place, they have everything I need for my small dog. From dog treats to dog food that I need for my travel.

Used their self serve dog wash and was quite impressed. The baths are pretty large and are elevated which makes it easy to rinse and bath your fur baby. The wash is equipped with different options of shampoos and conditioners. Adequate towels were provided during covid-19 pandemic as dryers were shut off. Over all clean and safe experience.
